I am an experienced Seniors Real Estate Specialists, SRESŪ are REALTORSŪ qualified to address the needs of home buyers and sellers age 50+. The SRESŪ Council awards the SRESŪ Designation to those members who have successfully completed its education program.

 

By earning the SRESŪ designation, I have demonstrated necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50-plus through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home. I have received special training, by getting  regular updates, and I'm prepared to offer the options and information needed in making life changing decisions.

 

My experience isn't just book-learned. It's also through my personal family experiences. I am sure many of you are in the same position.  Grown children, leaving an empty nest....do they ever really leave home?  Our aging parents that need our help more than ever.  I completely understand this type of client, and I can help!
